Redevelopment of administration and welfare facilities at retail distribution centre. The client required a comprehensive update to the existing staff environment to improve quality of life and job satisfaction.

Using analysis of space requirements and work flow relations B+R Architects developed a new concept organisational plan to inform the concept proposals. Following presentations to senior figures and key stakeholders, elements of the proposals were approved for trial. The successful delivery of the new format interiors and utilisation of BIM to deliver efficiency for the client has led to an extended trial in other locations.
